A new DPDK release candidate is ready for testing:

There are 144 new patches in this snapshot.

Some deprecation notices might be added if reviewed on time.

The -rc4 will include only critical bug fixes, doc and tooling.
This next milestone is expected at the end of this week.
Please hurry up to do the last checks and bug fixes.

Time is coming to look at the roadmap for the next cycles.
