In the else clause, set txmode.mq_mode as ETH_MQ_TX_NONE explicitly to make sure it is neither ETH_MQ_TX_DCB,
ETH_MQ_TX_VMDQ_DCB, nor ETH_MQ_TX_VMDQ_ONLY.
