Hi David,

Apologies for the delay.  I was not able to find quality time to finish it as a few other things have been keeping me busy.  But I shall work on it and provide the doc and the perf details soon.
In the mean time, it would be great if you could point me to some resources on running pktgen-dpdk as I was stuck on it.

Yes.
I'd prefer doc/drivers/enic/ but it's a detail ;)
The format must be sphinx rst to allow web publishing.

It would be great to have some design documentation of every drivers
in doc/drivers.
