[dpdk-dev] [PATCH 0/9] deprecate fields in rte_ethdev

Complete the work that was started by Maryam Tahhan 
to deprecate driver specific fields in Ethernet statistics.
This fixes all the drivers, then tests,
and finally actually marks them as deprecated.
