[dpdk-dev] [PATCH] cryptodev: renaming 2 elements for clarity

renamed rte_cryptodev_sym_session.type -> dev_type
(as it's not a session type, but a device type)

renamed rte_crypto_sym_op.type -> sess_type
(as it's not an op type, but a session type)
