[dpdk-dev] [PATCH 0/3] clean-up on virtual PMDs

This is a clean-up patch, no defect fixed, no functional difference 
expected.

Patch mainly removes duplicated fields between data->dev_private
and data (struct rte_eth_dev_data).

There are a few minor cleanups that:
pcap: move a common code into a function
ring: remove duplicated data->rx/tx_queues allocation and assignment
