[dpdk-dev] VLAN tx insert offload in I350

Hi

Has anyone tried VLAN tx insert offload in I350 nic.?  It doesn't seem to be working.

I have properly set ol_flags |= PKT_TX_VLAN_PKT and vlan_tci in mbuf. VLAN tx insert offload  with same logic works with ixgbe driver.
