From: Akhil Goyal <akhil.goyal at nxp.com>

A new parameter is planned to be added in 17.05 release in
rte_cryptodev_info.sym - max_nb_sessions_per_qp.

This will allow applications to know the maximum number of session
which can be attached to queue_pairs of device.
