[dpdk-dev] DPDK installation

I have downloaded a tar file of latest version of DPDK and extracted it on
my VMware Fusion running Ubuntu 16.04 on Mac OS X .

I'm trying to install and make targets, using the make install
T=<target> command
in the top-level DPDK directory.

 make install T=x86_64-native-linuxapp-icc

The following errors are displayed:
