[dpdk-dev] [PATCH v4 0/3] crypto/scheduler: add packet-base scheduling mode

Packet-size based distribution mode is a scheduling mode that works with
2 slaves, the primary slave and the secondary slave, and distributes the
enqueued crypto operations to them based on their data lengths. A crypto
operation will be distributed to the primary slave if its data length is
equal to or bigger than the designated threshold, otherwise it will be
handled by the secondary slave.

v4:
- Polished documentation.
- Fixed documentation grammer errors.

v3:
- Uses 2 sched_ops array instead of one.
- Copy the failed-to-enqueue crypto ops back to the end of ops array.
- Dequeue_ordering will directly use schedule_dequeue function instead of
  excessive dequeue.

v2:
- Update with new reorder method.
