Hi ferruh,

I have pushed v2 octeontx PMD [1] just now and has no dependency.

Also pushed v3 octeontx external mempool pmd [2],, its rebased on tip.

Both series are ready to merge for -rc1.

Order for series is, first apply [2] and then [1] on tip.
