Hi Andrew,

You're right, sorry for the instability.
A fix has been proposed[1]. It needs to be discussed.

My opinion was that VFIO_PRESENT should stay internal to the EAL. There
should be no need to another library to depend on it.
I will discuss this in the other thread.
