[dpdk-dev] DPDK-pktgen not giving expected throughput

I have also tried with multiple cpus using the command line-

./app/app/x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc/pktgen -c 0xffff -n 4 -- -T -P -m 
"[0:4].0,[5:8].1,[9-12].2,[13-16].3"
