[dts] [PATCH v2 4/5] add vhost-cuse one vm sample

v2 changes: use pep8 and autopep8 to format python codes, remove debug codes and unnecessory codes. Update the vhost core info as 1S/3C/1T to have the best perf with minimum core numbers.
