[dts] [PATCH V1 02/2] add ip_pipeline cfg test plan

Hi gang, you need add more descriptions in this test plan. At least 
should describe what is negative in the configuration file.
For you detail description of ip_pipeline configuration, you can add 
ip_pipeline user guide link in the test plan.
