This part isn't correct. Per-core turbo can't controlled by most of the BIOS. 
What 6252N supported is SST-BT, not per core turbo. 
Need remove following two lines:
"- Per-core turbo is supported only on recent atchitectures.
Xeon(R) Gold 6252N etc"
