[dts] [PATCH V1] tests/distributor: align change with DPDK

In DPDK commit 	b28f28ae80e5c9aa, renamed from 
lib/librte_distributor/rte_distributor_private.h to 
lib/librte_distributor/distributor_private.h, update dts to align this change.
