[dts] [PATCH] tests/TestSuite_pipeline.py: Modify the hard coded app parameter

Hi Lijuan,

I have checkout the latest code but the changes are not present in the code. Also I am not able to see commit messages on the dts page (http://git.dpdk.org/tools/dts/log/). 
Can you please check ?
