[dts] [PATCH V1 0/6] Remove 8 duplicate cases

Remove 8 duplicate cases from 3 suite and plan.

iavf_fdir: 6 cases
cvl_fdir: 1 case
cvl_dcf_switch_filter: 1 case

These 8 cases have been made as a new test suite 'cvl_limit_value_test',

so remove them from original suite and plan
