[dts] [PATCH V1 0/6] remove tunnel inner rss test steps

according to b83d270dff3852f1df0ea9bea5a8740378db0c7c,
default rss not support tunnel inner rss,it will be support tunnel inner rss,
new case will cover these function, so remove test steps.
