[dts] [PATCH V1] tests/iavf_fdir: os-pkg support eth type rule as ice driver changed

[Qin Sun]

according to ice driver commit 4a5ce42734d7(the flow of ETH type should be supported),
so remove the rule from the unsupport rule list
