[dts][PATCH V3 0/2] modify vhost_virtio_user_interrupt_cbdma to test virito dequeue

>From DPDK-22.07, virtio support async dequeue for split and packed ring
path, so modify loopback_virtio_user_server_mode_cbdma  testplan and 
testsuite to test the split and packed ring async dequeue feature.
