[dts][PATCH V3 2/3] tests/basic_4k_pages_cbdma: modify testsuite to test virtio dequeue

>From DPDK-22.07, virtio support async dequeue for split and packed ring
path, so modify basic_4k_pages_cbdma testsuite to test the split
and packed ring async dequeue feature.
