[dts][PATCH V5 0/2] modify dmas parameter by DPDK changed

1.The dmas parameter have been changed by the local patch, so modify the
dmas parameter in the testplan.
2.Add new testsuite tests/TestSuite_basic_4k_pages_dsa.py to test the
basic_4k_pages with DSA driver.
