[dts][PATCH V1 5/5] tests/vhost_event_idx_interrupt_cbdma: delete restore VM's interface step

In framework/virt_base.py, the start VMs method bind_dev default is
True, when bind_dev=True, VMs will bind the VM's interfacet to kernel
driver, so no need to restore VM's interface step now.
