[dts][PATCH V1 0/2] modify virtio_user_as_exceptional_path testplan

As DPDK commit 236bc417(app/testpmd: fix MAC header in checksum 
forward engine),need to add `csum mac-swap off <port_id>` steps 
in testplan and testsuite.
