[dts][PATCH V1 1/2] test_plans/dpdk_gso_lib_test_plan: modify testplan by DPDK changed

[Wei Ling]

As DPDK commit 236bc417(app/testpmd: fix MAC header in checksum
forward engine),need to add `csum mac-swap off <port_id>` steps
in testplan.
