Subject: [PATCH] net/mlx5: fix flow type for allmulti rules

Chnaged ibv_flow_attr type for allmulti rule to IBV_FLOW_ATTR_MC_DEFAULT
instead of IBV_FLOW_ATTR_NORMAL, in case allmulti was enabled.
