Note it hasn't been pushed to http://dpdk.org/browse/dpdk-stable yet.

Subject: [PATCH] app/crypto-perf: fix excess crypto device error

If number of available devices are more than logical core,
there is no need to throw an error.
Just use the less number of devices instead.
