[dpdk-stable] stable/17.11 build is broken

Hi, all

I got a report from Ferruh that stable/17.11 build is broken for net/mrvl and
net/dpaa2. Although it is disabled by default, I want you to be aware and send
patches to fix it if needed. I don't have details for the errors but please try
it with 64-bit and 32-bit build. And it would be better to build it with various
gcc versions, e.g. gcc 8.
