[dpdk-stable] [PATCH v1 3/6] crypto/ccp: crash when using ccp cpu authentication is used

when ccp_auth_opt=1 is set and
if authentication error occurred ccp driver crash.
proble is enqueue count and dequeue count miss match if we continue.
