[PATCH] app/test: fix LACP handshake overtime

Hi, Zhang,

     Why LACP handshake "overtime" in your test?

     Maybe in other occasions, 60 * delay is also not enough.

     BTW, how about config "conf.update_timeout_ms" for the test?
