[dpdk-test-report] [PatchWork]|ERROR| pw10684-10701 fm10k: use default mailbox message handler for PF

Hi Xiao,
Email title is just be the first patch name of total patch set, so title will be commit subject of http://www.dpdk.org/dev/patchwork/patch/10684/.
For patch work report, it didn't know which branch to use by now. 
It will also be tricky for automated tool to check which repo should be used.
Our tool will continually scan the list, and start validation before maintainer set "Delegate" flag.
