What is the NIC type? If it is 10GB, Ex: 82599ES 10-Gigabit SFI/SFP+ ?
you should get above log as ex: "PMD: eth_ixgbe_dev_init(): MAC: 2, PHY: 18, SFP+: 5"
Will you provide the "./tools/dpdk_nic_bind.py --status" output.
