[dpdk-users] Compile DPDK with gcc link-time optimization

Hi,

Does anyone have experience in compiling DPDK with LTO? In particular, I
would like to pass -flto both as a compile-time flag and a link-time flag
and use gcc-ar (as opposed to ar) to produce the static library libdpdk.a.
