[dpdk-users] query about plan to support RHEL 7.4

DPDK 16.11 can't compile successfully with RHEL 7.3, but DPDK 17.05 can.
So we plan to upgrade to 17.05.

Interesting, We are running RHOSP 10, On a recent install the base OS changed to RHEL 7.4. We are running OVS+DPDK on it. No issues yet.
