[dpdk-users] DPDK versions and SRIOV on XL710

I would upgrade the NIC firmware and i40e driver. I use HP X710 so am not
sure what verion of driver/firmware to recommend but get the latest for
your card. Also, make sure that SRIOV is on in the BIOS.
