[dpdk-users] How to install dpdk 16.11 on Fedora 22?

Hi

I want to install dpdk 16.11 on Fedora 22.  I think the package is 2.2.0 so I must install from source.

I know how to build dpdk using:

make install T=<target>

but the resulting files live in my home directory.

Is there an easy way to install to the system directories?
