[dts][PATCH V2 0/3] delete vhost_event_idx_interrupt_cbdma

Interrupt with async datapath requires vhostpmd local patch support, 
but it doesn't support it right now, so delete the 
vhost_event_idx_interrupt_cbdma testplan and testsuite.
