[dts][PATCH V2 1/3] test_plans/index: delete vhost_event_idx_interrupt_cbdma_test_plan

[Wei Ling]

Interrupt with async datapath requires vhostpmd local patch support,
but it doesn't support it right now, so delete the
vhost_event_idx_interrupt_cbdma testplan from test_plans/index.rst.
