This has been reported by covscan in our internal CI for v21.11:

1. dpdk-21.11/drivers/net/bnxt/tf_ulp/ulp_mapper.c:1745: var_decl: Declaring variable "fid_parms" without initializer.
8. dpdk-21.11/drivers/net/bnxt/tf_ulp/ulp_mapper.c:1783: uninit_use_in_call: Using uninitialized value "fid_parms.resource_sub_type" when calling "ulp_mapper_fdb_opc_process".
