Does DPDK support for Symmetric RSS Hash & Inner IP (IP inside tunnels like GTP, GRE etc) based RSS distribution (using Mellanox adaptor) ?

If yes, please guide us which options we should use to configure DPDK and adaptor.

Not an answer, but this bug should be resolved only when the appropriate documentation is merged in doc/guides/

By when we can expect the merged documentation.
